Madou has lived an athletic lifestyle since his youth. He competed in multi-sports in the Olympics, where he finished 2nd in the Men's 1000 Meters race consecutively in Paris, France and then in Germany. He also holds a brown belt in Tae-kwondo.  Madou has a degree in French literature.
In addition he holds the followings certifications:

- Adventure Fitness Instructor, National Endurance Sports Trainer Associations (NESTA)

- Personal Fitness Trainer, National Council of Certified Personal Trainer (NCCPT)

-Fitness Nutrition Coach, NESTA

- CORE Conditioning Specialist, NESTA

- SAQ Trainer / (Speed Agility & Quickness) Specialist, NESTA

- CPR & First Aid, Red Cross International


Mr. Madou Diakite is the Program Director and head Instructor of Atlanta Adventure Boot Camp. (Madou) is an avid and enthusiastic Fitness Motivator with nine years of substantial experience. His commitment and dedication to high standard of helping other reach and maintain their diverse fitness goals and his professionalism have made him a certified and knowledgeable Fitness Motivator.

Atlanta Adventure Boot Camp, Madou makes it easy for women to honor their commitment to fitness by creating a challenging, supportive, and fun environment. He adjusts workouts to match individual levels, and offers early camp times which allow his clients to get in their workouts before their other daily activities such as commuting, school, work.....

Each week, over one million people around the world enjoy a fitness program created by John Spencer Ellis. He is the President of NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association) and the Spencer Institute for Life Coaching. Combined, these two professional associations have 40,000 members in 20 countries. John is on the Advisory Board for the American Association of Personal Trainers, Get America Fit Foundation, and is a Fellow of the National Board of Fitness Examiners. John is the author of "How Badly Do You Want It? - Your Ultimate Guide to Optimal Fitness," a contributor to "Power of Champions," and the Fitness Editor of OC Flair magazine. He is the creator of Adventure Boot Camp, the largest fitness boot camp program in the world, with locations in eight countries. John's signature series of outdoor fitness equipment with TriActive America is used in communities around the globe. His fitness articles and interviews have been featured in over 30 publications, and he is a frequent consultant to the world's media on health, fitness and lifestyle topics. John has been featured on NBC, CBS, PBS, ESPN, and Bravo. He is the host of the forthcoming TV show The OC Body.
John has been continuing his professional education since 1987. He holds Bachelor's degrees in business administration and health science, an MBA, and a Doctorate in education. John is currently completing a second doctoral degree in naturopathy. He has more than fifteen certifications, which include massage therapy, plyometrics, self-defense, fitness kickboxing, fitness boxing, water fitness, exercise rehabilitation, golf conditioning, Pilates, personal training, clinical hypnotherapy, sports hypnosis, PACE circuit training, and yoga. John holds a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Iron Man triathlon and finished 5th at the U.S. National Biathlon (run/bike) Championships. He has extensive training in mind-body fitness and holistic health.
John's medical training includes a license in radiological technology, a medical assisting certification, and training in McKenzie rehabilitation exercises. He has worked in fitness centers, medical clinics, and has promoted sporting events in California. John was nominated for the California Community College Distinguished Alumni Award.

Program Consultant Christina Lucy
She has run competitively for over 10 years and now coaches full time. Christina is an RRCA certified running coach, POSE Method certified running coach level 1, NESTA certified personal trainer, PACE circuit training instructor, certified personal fitness chef and certified online personal trainer. She holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing and taught group fitness for over 12 years. She co-developed the Adventure Boot Camp educational program and has training in ropes course facilitation.
